研究方向

研究昆虫对环境变化(或环境胁迫)的响应与适应,揭示其基因组学、分子生物学和进化遗传学的机制。研究集中在下面3个方面:

  1. 表型可塑性(如行为可塑性)的分子调控机制。研究长非编码RNA(lncRNA)介导的基因表达调控、磺基化(sulfonation)分子修饰等。
  2. 环境效应的跨代遗传(特别是父性遗传)规律,及其表观遗传机制。
  3. 环境胁迫(如温度胁迫、高原低氧)适应的进化基因组学和遗传学。
