简历:
郭慧娟,女,博士,中国科学院动物研究所农业虫害鼠害综合治理研究国家重点实验室助理研究员。
2005年9月至2009年6月在西北农林科技大学植物保护学院学习,并获得学士学位;2009年9月进入中国科学院动物研究所攻读生态学硕博连读博士学位,于2014年6月获得博士学位。2014年7月至今任中科院动物所助理研究员,2016年赴瑞士纳沙泰尔大学合作研究。
本人以寄主植物与地上有害生物互作机制,及其对环境变化的响应与适应为研究方向,系统地研究了大气CO2浓度升高环境中“豆科/非豆科植物-蚜虫”的相互作用关系;从种群、个体与分子层面分别解析了蚜虫以及蚜虫内共生菌Buchnera对大气CO2浓度升高响应的生态过程,探讨了蚜虫对温室气体增加、氮素水平以及干旱等外界环境因子的响应与适应性机制。至今以第一作者或共同第一作者在Global Change Biology, New Phytologist, Plant Cell & Environment, Journal of Experimental Botany等国际重要SCI刊物发表学术论文8篇。
